
Event Sponsorship
This sponsorship offers a broad scope of exposure with credits before during and after My Waterloo Days. The following is a list of these high profile “perks”.
- A half page ad in the full color program guide. 20,000 free program guides are printed and distributed.
- The Event Sponsor’s logo would be included with other major sponsors on the opening website page complete with an exciting flash animation. The animated logo would be held long enough for easy identification & viewing by any website visitor.
- The MC on the Lincoln Park stage would announce credit to the Event Sponsor with the introduction of the respective event or act. The Event Sponsor would have the opportunity of authoring a brief script or liner to be read by the MC with the introduction.
- A representative of the Event Sponsor would also have the option to personally introduce their sponsored event or act and briefly talk to the audience.
- The Event Sponsor would have the opportunity to have a promotion from both the Lincoln Park stage during the break before their sponsored event or act.
- The Event Sponsor would be included in all media such as TV, radio and all print.
- The Event Sponsor would be given a private VIP 10’ X 20’ tent in Lincoln Park stage right or left (TBD) for the day of their sponsored event. It would be stocked with iced beverages and light snacks.
- A new 5’ X 7’ digital LED sign will be suspended from the roof trussing over the Lincoln Park stage with animated graphics of the Event Sponsor’s logo with any special message or liner. The logo with special message or liner would be run multiple times between acts on the day of their sponsored event or act.
NOTE: If an Event Sponsorship is divided between multiple sponsors, the frequencies of exposure would be divided proportionately etc. |
