	The fireworks will be shot off at river level in front of the Waterloo Center for the Arts. The public will be able to view the show from the new Riverloop Exposition Plaza and the Park Avenue and 4^th Street bridges.

11:00am - 4:00pm	"WLP Kids Book FRIENDzy" Friends will have a booth at the EXPO area for the kid's zone and will be doing a craft and giving away a book to every kid.
11:00am - 4:00pm	Waterloo Public Library will have a Kids Craft Table.
