Can I purchase tickets in advance?

Yes, tickets can be purchased in advanced. Location and viable purchase dates will be announced on the My Waterloo Days website and social media platforms.

What days are the event wristbands good for?

My Waterloo Days wrist bands are good for activities inside Lincoln Park. This includes admission for both Friday and Saturday unless otherwise announced.

When will the gates open?

Friday: Gates are open at 4 pm

Saturday: Gates are open at 11 am

What is the policy on weather related calls?

Rain delays and cancellations will be made as soon as possible with notice being posted on the My Waterloo Days' website, social media platforms, announced through the newsletter, and a press release will be sent out when information is available. Emails and Phone calls are not guaranteed to be answered during the event.

Why is the event not free?

My Waterloo Days is a fundraiser for the community. We use funds from donations, sponsorship, and admissions to cover all areas of expenses for the event including bringing in quality entertainment and activities to enjoy.

What is the cost for children?

Children 10 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

What is not permitted in the festival grounds?

  • No Bicycles, Skateboards, or Rollerblade's

  • No Coolers

  • No Fireworks

  • No Illegal Substances

  • No Individuals Without a MWD Wristband

  • No Large Backpacks

  • No Pets

  • No Smoking

  • No Unauthorized Vendors

  • No Weapons

Volunteer Questions

Can I Volunteer at the Event?

Yes, My Waterloo Days is not possible with the help of our volunteers. There are a multitude of shift options available each year. For volunteering, you will receive admission into the event and a volunteer t-shirt. You can research which shift might be best for you by clicking here.

Can I join the My Waterloo Days' Planning Committee?

Absolutely! We greatly value new members on the My Waterloo Days planning team. For more information, click here.

I am signed up to volunteer. Where do I check in?

All volunteers should receive an email using the email you signed up with to learn more about your volunteer shift. Check in, unless otherwise instruction via email, will be at the entrance on the corner 4th & Mulberry at Lincoln Park.

I am volunteering on Saturday, Can I get my wristband early?

Yes, we will allow a volunteer to pick up their wristband early, but you will only be given one wristband and will need it when you check in for your shift. Volunteers may ask for their wristband at the volunteer check in table.
